Creatives and movers of all disciplines welcome. Theater/movement training not required; this work is for everyone of all walks of life and physical abilities.

New York Yoga Club Launch Party
We’re officially moving indoors! Join us for our very first meeting at Third Door Brooklyn in Dumbo. We are extra excited because our Co-Founder Dan Sohval will be leading this inaugural class.
Doors open at 6:30 PM — class will begin shortly after and run about an hour. Come early to get settled in and say hi.
This marks the start of a new chapter for Yoga Club. Classes are now donation-based, and we’d love for you to join us as we bring the same community spirit indoors for the fall season.
After class, stick around for optional hangs nearby — we’ll keep the good vibes going.
Mat rentals are available at the venue. Can’t wait to see you at our new home!

Gaza Soup Kitchen Fundraiser
Purchase tickets here.
Join Third Door Brooklyn for our first ever fundraiser for Gaza Soup Kitchen. On October 4th, days before the two-year anniversary of October 7th, we will collectively learn more about the current conflict while sharing soup & bread. Come listen to guest speakers and create a plan of action to attend and support the the many events following week. All our proceeds will go to Gaza Soup Kitchen so that they may continue keeping their community fed.
Visit the Gaza Soup Kitchen website to learn more about their work.
Gaza Soup Kitchen has been thoughtfully selected as the recipient of all our proceeds because of the life-saving work they've been doing in Palestine.
In early 2024, two brothers, Hani and Mahmoud Almadhoun, founded the Gaza Soup Kitchen. What began as a personal vow to ensure their neighbors in Beit Lahia, Gaza, wouldn’t go hungry quickly grew into a grassroots movement. The initiative began by feeding 150 families a day in April 2024 and quickly grew to serving 3,000 people daily. Operating amidst unimaginable scarcity and risk, the Gaza Soup Kitchen team works tirelessly to prepare and serve hot, nourishing meals. They are not an outside aid group; they are the people of Gaza, serving their own community. Currently, across 10 active kitchen sites, the team prepares simple vegetarian meals—like rice, pasta, and khubeza (a wild foraged green)—often with severely limited supplies.
Despite the adversity they face, daily they:
- Feed 250+ families a day per open kitchen, with the cost of $1,000+ to run each kitchen per day
- Deploy 200+ water trucks, with 200+ families served per water truck
- Treat 100+ people treated at the clinic
- Deliver 150+ meals daily to hospitals
